Heart's Murmur

I wake up from my eight year,  Drug and booze,  Induced,  Coma.  Comma.  Pause.  For a moment of thought.  Am I standing in a new world of clarity?  Serenity?  Surrender me,  Lost in feelings of obscenity.  Appearance,  Scratch my fingers off the stubbly hair on my face.  Is this mirror laughing at me??  Shatter,  This disaster,  That never was.  Struggling through a holocaust of dialog,  And disbelief.  I pick my self up from my knees.   And scream,  “HELP ME PLEASE!”  A shortness of breath,  Collapses my chest.  Tight
